Bunny and Tulip Baskets

 

Can you believe it's already Palm Sunday?!  Since Easter is almost here, I thought I would remind everyone that I have a few templates for sale that are perfect for Easter and spring.  It includes an adorable BUNNY basket, tulip baskets in three sizes, and a heart basket.  Please have a look!  Here are the items pictured without embellishment and one of the bunny with embellishment.  By clicking on the link on the sidebar, you can see some more embellished samples.  These templates are printed directly onto you card stock, so no tracing is necessary!  Just print, cut, and stamp/embellish, and assemble.  Click HERE or on the link at the left to purchase and I will e-mail you your template asap, usually right away to within a few hours, but please allow me up to 24 hours just in case I'm not around my computer.  These are high quality, professional templates.  The illustration lines print in a light gray and are folded to the inside (or cut off) so as not to detract from the finished project.  The length of the Bunny is about 5-1/4" from nose to tail, and 3-5/8" from the basket bottom to the top of the ear.  The inside basket area is about 2-3/4" wide, by 1-3/4" deep, by 1-3/4" tall.  You can see it's big enough to hold a good handful of Easter jelly beans or other goodies.  Take a peak!  Thanks for visiting and have a wonderful day.

 

 

My "Wooden" Wagon

Is this cute or what?!  It's NOT wood, it's Crumb Cake card stock!

I've been wanting to make a little paper crafted "wooden" wagon for such a long time and I finally did it!  {Yes, I love summer!  Time to create!}  And...guess what?  I actually wrote up a tutorial before anyone asked.

I've got to tell you, I'd rather be making things than writing up the how-to's, but I knew I'd get asked for this one and I do want to share it with all of you, so I wrote up a multi-paged tutorial with step-by-step directions, diagrams, photos, embellishment tips and ideas, and even a quick "how-to" for my favorite wood grain technique.  It's actually pretty easy to make, too.  (Much easier than writing up the tutorial! smile )  I used all Stampin' Up! products to create it, which are available in my online store.

I love the way my "Wooden" Wagon turned out and hope you do too.  I made it to fit regular A2 (4-1/4 x 5-1/2) cards and envelopes, but as you can see, I decided to make mine into a little table top arrangement.  I have lots of ideas to make some other "Wooden" Wagons that I have shared in the "Tips" section of the tutorial.  My "Wooden" Wagon is available here or on the left sidebar.
