Well, it's been a while since I've been able to post anything here. I do want to wish all of my faithful blog readers a very happy and prosperous new year and thank you for coming and visiting here on a regular basis even though I haven't given you much inspiration lately. I had taken pictures of the tons of projects I had made for the two Christmas boutiques I was in. Pictures of all the hand made gifts and all the candy and cookies and was all ready to download them from my camera and get them posted. Sad to say though, my camera has disappeared! I used it on the last day of school before vacation, thought I had brought it home, but can't find it anywhere. I've retraced my steps, thoughts, and dug through everything and made four trips back to school just to check. It's gone, along with all the pictures I have not downloaded throughout November and December. Was it stolen? Did I lose it? Did I throw it out with the trash? I have no idea. I finally came to grips with it being gone along with all the pictures...that's the worst part...the pictures. I make myself ill thinking about it. I bought a new camera the day after Christmas and can now take pictures of some of the Christmas project samples that I still have, but most of the items were sold at the boutiques and the only pictures I have are those in my mind. Oh well...let's get on with the new year!
Have I told you how much I LOVE My Digital Studio? I know I have. :) Seriously, it's the best thing ever for the {obsessive} paper crafter! You can make anything you dream up - flyers, blog banners, calendars, scrapbook pages, cards, party favors, crafts, home decor, anything! I honestly think one of the best parts of this software program is its price. Only $69.95. Gosh!!! That is such a bargain when you discover everything you can do with it. Another amazing this about this software is you can purchase it 24-7 from my online Stampin' Up! store and have it delivered right to your home within just a few days (like 3 or 4, SU! is very quick at shipping). You can also earn all of it or part of it FREE with the free hostess dollars you earn when you hold a Stampin' Up! workshop. A workshop totaling $600 in product sales will earn you, in addition to the free hostess sets, $75 in hostess dollars to spend on any Stampin' Up! products of your choice. So, if you're anywhere near Whittier, CA, contact me to schedule a workshop. You can also e-mail me or leave a comment to be added to my mailing list for the classes I hold.
It's back to work on Monday, but until then have a terrific weekend! God's blessings to all of you for a happy new year.
